At 3am, unable to sleep with the pain from an infected wisdom tooth, I managed to book an appointment online for the next day. What a relief that was!It was my first trip to the clinic and from the experience, I'm happy to make it my local practice from now on. Dr Brar was professional and informative, the nurse and reception staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice dentist with the appointment on time. The appointment felt quite quick (which explains why they keep on time which is understandable) but some actions were done without consultation - for example taking X-rays.

I had a great experience with Dr Shortt at Battersea Preventive Dental Practice. I was seen within minutes of arriving. Dr Shortt was very chatty and friendly. She was also efficient and professional and clearly explained my dental situation, showing me on the X-ray areas of potential concern. I would recommend this clinic.

Good dental practice, communicative, warm dentist and friendly receptionist. I would have like to have filings I needed done on that day due to ongoing toothache but that wasn't possible. Definitely the best dental practice I have been to in London. The consultation wasnt rushed and I was seen as an NHS patient.

I was extremely impressed by my appointment at the Battersea Preventive Dental Practice. I was originally supposed to see Dr Normal Brar but he was a bit behind schedule so they quickly got me in to see Dr. Anna Shortt. I was a new patient so I didn't have any attachment to who I saw. I had chipped a tooth so I was coming in to speak with the dentist about getting a filling (and I was terrified because I hate the dentist). Dr. Anna Shortt was extremely friendly and courteous. She fully explained the procedure and made me feel calm about everything. She explained the different options for payment (NHS only pays for silver fillings) and didn't try to push me to pay for the more expensive option unless I want to. Will definitely be making this my permanent dentistry.

Dr Anna Shortt made me feel very comfortable even though I have not visited a dentist in a long time. She was very professional but also friendly and talked me through the whole process. Very impressed and will certainly be returning to this particular clinic. Have also recommended Dr Anna Shortt to a friend.

The practice had a very homely feel about it and was delicately fragranced. There was no-one at reception when I arrived but within around 10 seconds, the receptionist appeared and greeted me with a smile.I was 15 mins early for my appointment but only waited for about 5 mins to be seen by the dentist. Dr. Kasham went through my questionnaire and examined my mouth/teeth.I then had some x-rays as it was a first visit which Dr Kassam talked me through.Overall, I was very happy with my first visit.

Went to the dentist due to broken tooth. Yes I should gone to dentist earlier, but I felt like a little girl being told off for not going to the dentist.The dentist was concern with status of my teeth, but I was concerned about the broken tooth that was causing me a problem.

Place is very nice, clean, bright. Everything went smoothly, I booked my appointment online, received a confirmation and a reminder e-mail/text. Dentist was friendly and knew what he was doing. The only thing is I needed a filling and apparently 49 pounds only cover the silver fillings so I had to pay 130 pounds for a single white filling so it was not any cheaper than anywhere else which was not NHS covered.

Today was my second dentist appointment with dr Kassam. I am a new patient. I only needed two teeth fillings. Dr Kassam and her dental assistant made me feel very comfortable and professionally fixed my two teeth. I am very happy. Highly recommend.

Incredibly easy to book my NHS appointment, even with my confirmation email I felt the need to call and double check that it was all booked! & it was... My concern was a check up and then a plan for whitening (as I have fillings between my front two teeth, my previous quotes elsewhere have been very expensive...).We came up with a dental health and hygiene plan and the next step will be the whitening - which will not necessitate the expense I have been quoted before!No one pushed any products on me and I felt my quote for the hygienist and fillings on next visit was very reasonable.Clinic was also relaxed, clean, friendly and efficient.I feel positive about my dental health's future!

The booking process worked really well and the dental practice I chose was great - and very local.

the place is lovely, clean friendly and lots of magazines whilst we're waiting. Dr. Brar was very friendly and thorough and gentle. I enjoyed the experience.Then today I had the hygenist Annette who cleaned my teeth brilliantly and painlessly and gave me lots of advice on what I can get on free prescriptions etc. and I bought a new electric toothbruch on her recommendation. I shall be back soon.

I found it be a very positive experience. I had heard plenty of negative things about dentists and doctors in London but was pleasantly surprised. Dr Shortt was welcoming, friendly, thorough, made me feel comfortable and answered all questions I had. The reception team where helpful and friendly.

So far this is the best dental service I have experienced.First off the office and rooms are very clean, the staff and the doctor are friendly. He took the time to explain what work I needed and why, in the past other doctors were not as thorough or informative about my dental care.I would recommend anyone seeking a new dental care provider to contact Dr. Fara.
