Simply put, this practice is excellent. Service was prompt, staff were willing to listen to my problems without judging, cost was reasonable and results were more than satisfying. My belief in dentists has been restored. Thank you to the team

My NHS dental surgery was a nightmare. Found this private surgery through this website as I needed emergency treatment. Appointment booked and dealt with quickly and efficiently. Had my first procedure of root canal. Despite my extreme nervousness, Dr. Shi was very reassuring and patient throughout. The whole root canal session was very smooth, my tooth and gum is recovering well after just 5 days, no gum abscess, bleeding or pain anymore at this point. Waiting for my permanent filling in about a week. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone!

It's my first time at the clinic and they have been great. I had a bad experience with another clinic and was left with unfinished orthodontic treatment after it went into administration. I went to a consultation with Kerry and Dr Karim and both put my mind at ease and were very friendly and professional. We talked through my treatment options and what could be achieved. It was nice to be asked, in detail, what results i wanted and how it could be done. The clinic itself is very clean and modern and you can tell this company goes that extra mile for its customers. Very impressed.

I have had no problems at all in being asked to review the clinic. I attended the clinic yesterday for a review and it has now been several months since I had my treatment finished. After seeing a Nhs dentist for many years and being told that "my teeth were alright!" the state of my gums rapidly started to show deterioration and as a result my teeth started to loosen. I saw Dr Karam as well as many other implant surgeons for an initial consultation. From the initial visit, I was very reassured and confident in his surgical skills and he communicated well with me without pressurising me into any form of decision. After pondering over it for 4 months I decided to take the plunge as these teeth were getting progressively looser and simple tasks such as chewing were becoming more problematic and painful. Dr Karam removed all of my upper teeth and provided me with a temporary denture. After a period where the bone hardened he fixed 6 implants and now I have a fixed bridge. Hey presto, I can eat, chew and smile again. At every visit I was reassured and cared for by his team and even though this procedure wasn't cheap, it was worth every penny. I am glad I researched the practice and even though this wasn't the cheapest quote I had I am a firm believer that you pay for what you get. I am confident now that I have smile that will last. Thank you to the whole team and I hope you liked the presents :)

I am a very nervous patient after having a hideous route canal procedure a few years ago whilst living in Australia, today was my first visit to the practice and Stephen Dodd saw me. I went in petrified and came out with a smile on my face (despite the anaesthetic). Stephen really took the time to listen to my fears and every step of the way told me what he was going to do, none of which hurt. Whilst I don't think I will ever like going to the dentist, it certainly wasn't a bad experience, in fact it wasn't bad at all. I will be back - mainly because I need more treatment but a big thank you must go to the whole team for making me feel so relaxed. Emma Callaghan

I had a brace when i was a teen, but due to the fact i was never given a wire or retainer, my teeth moved back and were very overcrowded, making me self conscious when smiling and especially on photos. i thought coming up to my 30th birthday, it was time to get these teth back straight. after a look around, i came across cheadle hulme dental and i was extremely happy from the moment i made contact. they had me in for a consultation straight away, and decided the 6 month smile was right for me. it took about 8 weeks to be made and then i was on with the fitting. they expected it to take 10 months to straighten my teeth, but they were done in 8. any issue i had along the way, the were happy to help and always fit me in for the odd trip back to them when a wie ccame loose etc. since removal, i have still been able to contact them and they have helped me with various questions i have had since treatment. Shi, the main dentist who managed my treatment even replied to an email i sent on a sunday, and i would never expect anyone to reply to an email on a sunday. all in all, a very pleasant experience, i would highly recommend the practice and i am extremely happy now with my smile :)
