About this practice

Please Note Terms and Conditions - Please make sure that you are selecting the correct button for new / existing patients. You will only select new if you are a new patient. - NHS guidelines allow 2 examinations per year (6 monthly intervals). Any appointments that need to be booked before your 6 month check-up is due will be classed as urgent care. Please ring the surgery if you wish to book in sooner than 6 months as online booking is just for check-up visits only. Please make sure for NHS Exam you are selecting NHS option and not private. - Appointments booked online will be for a check-up only (existing and new patients). Please be aware that this will ONLY be for a check-up if you are in pain or require any treatment then a future appointment will need to be booked following this visit. - Please make sure that you are booking in with your assigned dentist, if you are unsure of this then please call the surgery and we can arrange this appointment for you. Please note any appointments that are booked with the wrong dentist will be cancelled by the surgery. - If you already have an appointment booked in this service will not delete any appointments that are already booked in, so please call the surgery if you wish to delete/cancel alter any missed appointments can occur a fee. “Deposit refundable” Refundable deposits will need to be taken in order to book for the following consultations:- - Invisalign - Six Month Smiles - Anti wrinkle / Fillers - Composite Bonding This will be refunded on the day of the appointment, or can be carried over towards planned treatment; this means we are providing patients with consultations free of charge. If appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or appointment is failed this deposit will no longer be refundable. Each patients is entitled to one free consultation per service, if this appointment is failed the following appointment will be chargeable. The following services will require a non refundable deposit to secure the appointment. - Implant consultation - CT Scan - Endodontic Consultation - Hygiene Visit
