About this practice

At Life Dental & Wellbeing we believe that good oral health is essential to your overall wellbeing and that by looking after your mouth you can avoid serious conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and stroke, and thus extend your life. We base our dental care on a simple two stage process with you, the patient. Our first step is to identify any problems in your mouth. Then we recommend a treatment plan that allows you to take ownership of your oral health. Through understanding what needs to be done to improve it and then taking control of your own treatment you have the ability to heal yourself. We believe that by empowering you and by giving you the right tools and knowledge, you are able to increase your resilience and lengthen your life.
