Maxident Clinic was founded in Bromley over 30 years ago. We have worked hard to give our patients a comfortable and modern setting for their dental care. very good standarts

I am happy with the customer service but my treatment was't good enough.I had a filling but in a week time the pain started again.The dentist convinced me after examining the Xray that a filling is enough not necessary for a root canal but i am still suffering with toothache again.A Root canal would have solved my problem.

Maxident were excellent, I have had cause to use many dentists in my time- but I really can't remember a more positive experience when under their care, the people I met connected to the dentists were extremely helpful. I do not normally fill out these questionnaires but in this case I'm happy to make an exception. I will certainly go again.

It was only a check up. The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr Kopikrishna Thirunelakandan read my note beforehand and carefully booked a slot for Monday knowing that I will be away from Tuesday.

The general atmoshere was welcoming and I appreciated the friendly and professional approach Dr Fiez had with me. I felt comfortably assured that the problem with my tooth would be resolved, Many thanks.

Dr Kopikrishna was very welcoming and made me feel at ease because I really don't like dentists. He took my comfort into consideration and although I had more appointments to sort toothache issue out he made sure I wasn't in pain from start to finish...dental nurse was a bit heavy handed with suction though!

I have recently moved to Maxident and normally I have a horrific fear of dentists. Well not any more. My procedures were handling quickly, I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving and even got an appointment for the next working day as a new patient. My dentist was friendly and reassuring and I was so impressed with the service i received, I have convinced my family to move to this practice too!

On entering The Maxident Clinic I went to the reception where I was immediately greeted by the receptionists. They were very friendly and explained exactly what I had to do. As it was my first appointment I had to fill in the NHS form and personal details before seeing the dentist. The dentist and dental nurse came across as very professional and, after the taking of an X-ray he explained what needed to be done. As I had an abscess he prescribed Penicillin, and I have now been booked in to go back for the required extractions.

All three reception staff (despite a very busy reception area) Dr Kocisova and her dental nurse were very professional, courteous and friendly, I was kept well informed of the procedure necessary and the cost throughout the appointment. I was able to get an appointment on the day and at the time I wanted at short notice. My experience of Maxident clinic was excellent.
