Dr Bolly Battumur agreed to see me in very short notice and I was welcomed to a very clean and open reception area, where I was greeted by a friendly receptionist.The appointment started on time and Dr Bolly Battumur was accompanied by an enthusiastic and passionate assistant, with whom she worked professionally and collaboratively throughout the visit.She provided me with clear explanations of my treatment plan options as well as costs and demonstrated her flexibility by accommodating my procedure within 30 minutes of my original appointment ending.I highly recommend NHS Dentist I will booking my future visits well in advance once word gets out how brilliant this place is!

As with most people, i was scared of going to this appointment, hence why i have avoided dentists for 5 years. It's only since i got severe pains that i had no choice but to go but they made it easy to deal with and spoke like they actually cared. Since walking in through the door the receptionist had me laughing and smiling and the whole experience wasn't as bad as i had imagined. It was quick, clean and very professional with some friendliness thrown in too. The dentist was precise and to the point but nice about it all and made sure i understood what was being said and going on. Thank you!

Very good doctor, clear and precise about what needed to be done and what the cause of problem was. Had a previous experience with a private dentist who charged more than treble what I was charged here and left with no more information than I went in with, just a prescription for antibiotics.Here I was given a x - ray and a plan and bill for what work needed doing and a piece of mind. Highly recommend, will be going for treatment with this doctor.

Dr Elsaadany was great - friendly, seemed pretty thorough including xrays, and took the time to explain the reasons behind his recommendations. Surgery room was clean and well kitted-out, the rest of the centre was okay but loses a mark for being a bit dingy and having pretty unfriendly forms and introductory notes.

A great experience. Dentist was on time, and the surgery was clean and well kept. The dentist was friendly, explained everything thoroughly and set out all of my options and costs upfront. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The dental assistant was also very friendly and made the experience stress free.

I visited Dr Garcea for a check and a reconstruction. He was very kind and quick, explaining everything in detail as he went along and replying my questions. He detected I needed this reconstruction in a molar (which I suspected as it had broken recently) and he gave me a list of choices and time to think and come back or just do it that moment. I chose the latter and it went all fine and quick. I'll come back again for my next appointment!
