Fantastic practice. Dr. Ariakish was great at putting me at ease from the beginning and explained everything clearly. The treatment was painless and quick with helpful instructions at the end for if anything went wrong (nothing has!). Highly recommend.

Lana is hands-down the best hygienist I have ever visited. I need to see her quite regularly, but with every visit she has advice and tips, and I really feel cared for by her: she remembers me and gives great feedback on my efforts to keep my teeth perfect, and we can have a good chat too. She is also incredibly generous with her time and knowledge – no question feels too small or silly.

Lana has been my Dental Hygienist for the last 12 months, during that time I have had a number of treatments. My experience of Lana has been excellent, she is very thorough, my teeth feel and look great.Lana also gives great advice on how to maintain your teeth, which has been very helpful.

I first started coming to visit Lana a year ago, after having a bad experience with dentists and hygienists previously I was apprehensive to come for a hygiene appointment. As soon as I met Lana, she shook my hand and introduced herself and made me feel instantly comfortable. As I was so nervous Lana took the extra time and explained what all the different instruments do and what I should expect during the appointment, this made me feel relaxed, she also let me pick what radio station I wanted to listen to so it would take my mind off the appointment. To my surprise I loved the whole appointment, Lana is so gentle and really takes her time, the whole way through I felt relaxed and calm and it was pain free. Afterwards Lana explained step by step how to brush properly and how to floss, she showed me the areas to concentrate on and then went through all the products I should be using to benefit me. Lana is very honest and gives advice on how to maintain good oral health and gives advice on how keep to it up. Not only do my teeth feel amazing after they look lovely and shiny!! Lana makes me valued as a patient, answers any questions I have in depth and makes me feel cared for and never fails to make me smile!! I look forward to coming to see Lana and make sure I see her every three months! I cannot recommend Lana’s services highly enough and feel very lucky to have found such a great hygienist!! On top of being the best hygienist Lana is a thoroughly lovely person!

Dr Anoush was great, the practice was great and everyone was exceptionally helpful, both during the appointment and after.I did, however get nuisance automated phone calls after I gave my phone number to the online booking system - I rather that isn't a requirement of the booking system to give my number if it isn't secure enough to prevent that.

A really great experience with the team at The Neem Tree.I will definitely be back in the future.

I didn't actually see Dr Augusto, I saw Dr Sheikh because I had to bring my appointment forward. I can't recommend this practice enough - everyone from the receptionist upwards was lovely, helpful and sympathetic. I was in quite a lot of pain and having professional but kind treatment made such a difference. Room was clean, dentist and dental assistant were friendly and answered all my questions, and seemed concerned that I leave with my problem fixed no matter what and fully informed about my future options. Five stars, thank you Neem Tree!
