This was my first visit, but Studental (Vijay in particular) was highly recommended by my wife. Am going back next week to have a problem sorted which will be a bit more of a 'test'.... but full marks so far.

Vijay was lovely and communicated my treatment clearly. Extremely efficient practice and all staff were very friendly.

Mr Astakhov is an outstanding dentist in all respects. He makes extremely precise diagnoses and discusses with the patient the options for treatment very clearly and in detail. The treatments are then carried out precisely and with continuous concern for possible discomfort and with meticulous precautions for maximum cleanliness. Throughout he treats the patient with great courtesy and friendliness. Finally he offers any advice he judges might be helpful for improving ongoing dental health. In our experience no return visit is needed until a completely different problem arises - when our first recourse is always to him!

It was my first time at Studental clinic and I am absolutely satisfied with the service from all staff. I find Mr Andrey Astakhov very helpful, polite and friendly. It feels that you are dealing with a real professional.

This was great - I had broken a tooth and was quite upset about it. I got in to see a dentist very quickly which made me feel better. I found the dentist very reassuring and he managed to fix my tooth the same day. He even asked me what music I would like to hear on the radio while he was fixing it! This was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to go back again.

I didn't get to see the doctor that I had booked an appt with but that really didn't matter as everyone was brilliant. I haven't been to the dentist for over 5 years because of a bad experience and was quite frankly petrified, but after a wisdom tooth broke while I was on holiday leaving me in agony I had no choice and my mum recommended Brooke's. Best decision I ever made. Not once were you judgemental or critical, you were nothing but kind and gentle and explained everything to me - i have to go back for five fillings, but this time, instead of being scared, I really don't mind. We'll done Brooke's!!!!!

I found studental very welcoming, I met Dr Davada and he booked me in to see the hygienist for the following week. The hygienist was very kind and caring and very young. All the staff I have met have been lovely.

I was pleased with my experience at Studental. I felt it was thorough, friendly, clean, and at all times the level of communication was high with Mr Bose as he talked me through every part of my check up.

I was so impressed with how quickly Studental were able to give me an appointment. I was seen by a very friendly dentist who arranged all the follow-up I needed for a wisdom tooth problem, having told me all my options for what to do next. I would really recommend coming her!

I needed treatmentas my filling had fallen out, at my first appointment I had an x ray and was given some advice and was told my new filling would be treated at the next available slot which was in two weeks feeling a little disappointed at this because the of chance of further problems like infection , I left with an appointment for two weeks time.Then lucky for me the dentist rang me 30 minitslater and offered me a cancelation slot the very same day. pleased about this as an open tooth can cause pain and infection and properly further damage, went in for the treatment. I am very pleased with Dr Andrey and the advice given to me. Not everyone is this lucky and gets treatment the very first appointment but I did and am very pleased.

Pleasant experience overall, I had not been to the dentist for at least 2 years (perhaps longer!) but was warmly welcomed to the practice which put me at ease. The examination was thorough and I was given X-rays (probably because it had been so long since my last visit), which were explained to me on the PC screen. I was recommended some products to look after my awkward wisdom tooth but without the pressure to buy them straight away. Good advice, friendly staff and overall an un-traumatic visit to the dentist :)

So friendly and efficient. It really makes you wonder why people go private at all. X-rays are automaticallyincluded in your check up, and they take you through the results immediately. I think I saved nearly £100 coming here versus a private practice, and the staff and service were impeccable. Highly recommended!

I did'nt have the dentist I did booked with ! Even though the new dentist was very pleasant I didn't appreciate to have my consultation in a broom cupboard, I am hoping to get a more bright consulting room on my next appointment !!!

Went to Studental for a check up: excellent service, on time, I got all the information I needed and it was very quick and not painful at all!

Absolutely lovely dentist, friendly, approachable and professional. However I was sat in the chair for a maximum of 3 minutes! Then had a super quick set of x-rays followed up with some advice, and I was on my way. Having not had a check up for a couple of years, and having some concerns about my teeth, I left feeling a little worried that the check may not have been quite as thorough as it could have been. Couldn't decide if they were running a little late and trying to make up time, or just exceptionally efficient...

Overall a very good experience. However, some plaque had built up and I was expecting at least some minor tooth cleaning as is stated on the website under Band 1 fees. Was instead told I would need to see the hygienist, which means coming back and booking another appointment (and paying more money). It seemed that appointments had overrun that day as things were running a bit late so perhaps this is why?

I found Studental a very friendly and efficient practice.

I drove from Southampton to Oxford to attend my appointment as I am home for the summer.I was stuck in major traffic on the way but managed to arrive 5-10 minutes late (rather than a predicted 30 minutes as I took a diverted route to try and beat the traffic).I phoned the receptionist as soon as I got out of the car in Oxford to tell her that I was on my way but she rudely told me that because I was already 5 minutes late, by the time I arrived at the surgery I would be 10 minutes late and therefore would not be able to see the dentist.Normally, you are kept waiting in the waiting room so I'm not sure why on this occasion I was just turned away.I did explain that it was not my fault as I left with plenty of time from SOUTHAMPTON, but the receptionist was having none of it and made me rebook my appointment.Very disappointed with the customer service as I would have expected a little bit more flexibility.

Very friendly, pleasant, and competent dentist and dental nurse. There is no limit on time and/or care despite the cheap bill. I had everything done, including x-ray, without any fuss. Everything was explained gently and with care. The practice is clean and efficiently run. I will definitely keep it as my go-to dentistry.

i have a real dread of the dentist and had not been for about 6 years.I knew I needed to go so plucked up courage to make the appointment, as it drew near I felt sick with worry, as I thought I would have a panic attack in the chair. I told the dentist this and he and his assistant were very good and helped me through. i was so pleased with myself that i had been to the dentist so i will try and keep up with a six monthly visit from now on. I was not kept waiting, it was very clean and professional and they helped to make me feel at ease.It was all over quite quickly and i am glad I chose studental as my dentist.

Conducting my examination she was extremely thorough and took care to explain everything clearly that I needed recommending a course of treatment that would be effective and within my budget. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing treatment.

All very satisfactory. 18£ seems a bit too much for cleaning in isolated spots, but maybe it is the standard rate.

As a nervous patient I found the whole experience to be very good. Mr Astakhov was understanding and put me at ease and was very patient. I will not be so worried next time I have an appointment. I would recommend to everyone.

Mr Rahul Bose was excellent in dealing with my issue.He explained everything that he was doing and went through 3 options that I could take with my tooth and was able to apply a white filing on the day.

The service I received was as good as any private dentist I had used in the past, and considerably better than my previous experiences with the NHS. Dr Astakhov took the time to address all my questions and I felt that the check up was thorough. I would highly recommend Studental.

I was very apprehensive to go to the deantist after having avoided it for a while. Mr Pranay was competent, careful and thorough making this a much better experience than I had anticipated. I specifically appreciate that he explained what he was doing every step of the way. As a result, I felt much less "out of control" than usual.

I found the whole experience thoroughly relaxing from start to finish, a nice welcome from reception, comfortable waiting room and my check up was professional and fuss free, ' pain free too ' i am very glad to add. I now look forward to attending my next appointment.
