Overall good. The place is tiny but the equipment is good. Appointment time was respected and the hygienist explained clearly what she was going to do. Only issue was the pricing, as being unemployed at the moment and going to the dentist for the first time in the UK I was expecting a dentist appointment in the NHS framework and was not told about additional cost or higher price to pay before the appointment. I eventually had to pay 50 pounds which is a lot for me knowing that I have no private insurance. This lack of information is probably one of the reasons why I would not visit this place again.

It was my first time here. Nice welcoming atmosphere, from receptionist to dentist, put at ease very quickly. Thorough examination and good explanation of findings and plan. No hard sell of any treatments and didn't make me feel as guilty as I should have for not visiting the dentist in about 3 years. Would recommend.

Having just changed dentists, I was anxious about funding the right dentist. I had no worries, staff was very friendly. Dr Neel Chakravarti really put me at ease and explained my treatments clearly. Would recommend.

I had a great time at this dentist! The receptionist was really kind and Dr Chakravarti was so welcoming and just wouldn't stop complimenting me on my brushing technique. This was my first trip to this dentist having recently moved from Plymouth and I feel like Dr Chakravarti was really thorough and the practice as a whole was great! See you in 6 months.

Went in for a check up after not going to a dentist for years and knowing I'd need a wisdom tooth extracted. I needed a few procedures done and Dr Priscilla talked me through everyone really well and got it all booked in. All the staff were super lovely and friendly and made what could have been a horrible experience almost pleasant! Dr Priscilla did a great job and I can highly recommend this practice!

The staff were friendly (both the admin staff and the dentist), the information given was clear and explanations given by the dentist were much better than I've had from another dentist.If I had to say something negative it would be that the waiting room could do with a little spruce up.But overall a great experience.Will be returning.

Neel was absolutely fantastic. Kind and considerate, but also able to deliver the appropriate message in a way that was understood, but not overstated.I've since heeded his advice and invested in a new Air Flosser, which was an excellent investment.Tom.

The surgery, staff and process was all lovely. I got an appointment really quickly, was talked through my options and had the work right away. Bit of a nervous dental patient and they were great about that.

I found SW9 Dental on this site, and I found the service really good like the other reviewers. Dr Neel was great at explaining everything very clearly and Rita the health assistant was a real sweetheart. The reception area leaves a little bit to be desired (no glossy magazines to read), but the receptionist is friendly. After this appointment I had a filling replaced, again Dr Neel and Rita treated me kindly and with professionalism. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is a bit afraid of dentists like I was, you feel like you are in safe hands here :)

Was a good experience, however my appointment was 25mins late as the dentist was training the receptionist...

They had double booked, so asked if I was okay waiting a bit for someone else to have my appointment slot instead. Luckily, I wasn't in any particular rush and it was only an extra ten minutes anyway. The dentist was very friendly and the whole thing went well.

Neel was excellent. He was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and why. Definitely recommend, especially if you are nervous about going to the dentist!
