About this practice

You must arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment. This is to fill in paperwork. Late arrivals will mean less time with the dentist or you may not be seen. Treatment on the first visit is not guaranteed. For all other appointments please arrive 5-10 minutes before to update any paperwork. Hygiene sessions are paid for in advance. For all other bookings fees/deposits may be requesed upon booking. For all appointments - If you fail to attend / arrive late / cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice A fee of £2 per minute (of your allocated appointment booking time) will apply – This will automatically be deducted from any deposit paid. (EG: if your appointment is booked for 120 minutes (2 hours) a fee of £240 will apply if this appointment is not met) Some appointment (such as treatment with the specialist) will require 1 week's notice - please check with the team if you are unsure of how much notice to provide. Hygienist Visit: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations as the hygienist appointments are in high demand. Failure to do so will result in a £20 (per 30 minutes) late cancellation fee. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, this leaves insufficient time for the hygienist to deliver your care. You will be asked to rebook and a £20 (per 30 minutes) fee charged. We appreciate your understanding.
