It's good surgery and the dentist was good too explaining the X-ray and has gave me good advise I would continue in this surgery and I would recommend it to my family the dentist wasreally good and I am happy to continue my treatment with them

I was 15 minutes late for my appointment from working nights and traffic,the receptionist was quite rude about it, everyone has a bad day. Apart from that the dentist was excellent very friendly and professional.

I had two small filling done here. The first one was ok, although the surface of the filling is a bit rough and not perfectly shaped. The second filling was a disaster: what was meant to be a small filling caused me months of pain. When I had to undergo emergency root-canal surgery during the christmas holidays, I was told by a separate dentist that the filling had been drilled right into the nerve, with no foundation underneath the filling material. This was, as far as I can tell, a botched job that caused me a dead tooth. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go here, unfortunately.

I rarely write reviews, only when the service is exceptional or exceptionally bad. So… my first visit was ok but very rushed, probably because I was an NHS-registered patient. I then required fillings, but the job was terribly done, very rushed and introducing pain - hyper-sensivitiy - that was not there before. I came back and another dentist at the practice replaced the fillings. Whilst he kindly did this without charge, the hyper-sensitivity problem actually was even worse. A third visit didn't resolve the problem. I later learnt the bad quality job was most likely due to the dentists not getting a proper seal/bond.I know the hypersensitivity was the dentist's fault, not only because there was no pain before, but also because previously I had exactly the same procedure on the other side of my mouth (fillings near the gum line) and there was no complication. And most obviously because another dental practice resolved the problem… two months later, I went to another dental practice near Bristol (based on others' recommendations), and he re-did the fillings properly.For these reasons, I cannot recommend this dental practice (other factors like cleanliness, communication, etc. were all fine, but the most important thing - the quality of the dental treatment - was not up to a satisfactory standard).

Guy was friendly, the equipment was new and NHS prices are cheap. But the appointment was quite quick - I didn't get the sense of thoroughness, or any extra advice. Probably typical of British dental care.Also annoying to have to book a separate cleaning appointment.

I was extremely surprised at the quality of care I received at this practice. More was very nice and professional throughout my meeting with him, and he explained everything in such a clear manner. William was an excellent dental hygienist who talked me through exactly what he was doing. The value was outstanding. I Am very happy that I found this practice.

My first impressions were that it was run by young, enthusiastic people - the website was great. The reception was new, clean, and functional, the people were friendly. Then the dentists' office was again, very modern. Ramandeep was friendly, professional, fast, communicative, and she fixed something that my previous dentist would not fix. I was very selfconscious of it as I thought everyone could see this hole in my tooth. She fixed 2 holes in record time; they had been worrying me for years. I keep looking at my teeth and I just feel so relieved to know that everything is now okay - they aren't all going to decay and fall out. I keep telling everyone about it and encouraging them to go!

My experience of this dental practice and its staff is entirely favourable. To begin with, the premises are very near to a bus route with frequent services, so getting there was no problem,and access was easy and at ground level; although there are rooms upstairs, I have been promised a ground- floor surgery for my next appointment (I am elderly and walk with a stick). Everything is very clean and well-appointed, and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. The dentist was very friendly and courteous, and inspired me with confidence, and for the first time in my life I can truthfully say that I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist!

I went to Temple St dental practice as an NHS patient for a check-up. From the moment you enter everything looks very modern and clean. There was no waiting around - in fact I think they were even running a few minutes ahead of schedule. Dr Neshat was friendly, not at all intimidating, and happy to answer all my questions. He clearly explained all the checks he was doing on my teeth, described the condition of all my fillings, and let me know what problems to watch out for in future, as well as giving specific advice about changes I should make to the way I brush. I had been worried about some discoloration on my teeth, but he reassured me that it was not a health issue and left the decision over whether to have the stains removed completely up to me. His attitude in general was very calming and not at all rushed. I left feeling very well informed and reassured about my dental health.

I found the practice very welcoming especially as it was my first visit.The doctor, Ramandeep Bhogal, and her assistant were very sensitive in making me feel comfortable in the treatment room.I appreciated the lengths to which Dr,Bohgal went to explain my next course of treatment and the reasons why it should be so.By the time I was home the two appointments had already arrived in my emails!I thought it rather pleasant to be called 'Peter' rather than 'Mr.McDowell'; a nice touch if I may say so!Thank you. Easy to book an appointment - no need to register beforehand - and plenty of choice of appointment time (either NHS or private) as well as being able to choose the dentist that you would like.The Practice is modern and clean and all of the staff that I met were really friendly and helpful.My check-up was on time, which is great when you haven't been to the dentist for a while and are a bit nervous. A personalised dental treatment plan was discussed and provided for me; going through all the options that I had available.Definitely recommend!

I have had so many bad experiences with dentists in the past 40+ years that it has left me with a bit of a phobia, actually I am probably a nightmare patient as I cry just filling in the forms beforehand! Not something I am proud of but unfortunately, try as I might, I can't control the fear (or tears!). I registered & made an appointment with Temple Street Dental Practice after researching dentists for months, asking friends etc. I read all the reviews on here & profiles of the staff on their website (great website, so informative). I knew I needed treatment and had put it off for so long that I had worked myself into a bit of a tizz! Today was the day, deep joy....The reception area was modern & welcoming, the receptionist was fab....there with the tissues while I filled in the form!! (thanks Deb, you were a star)....upstairs to the waiting room... All lovely & new & not looking like a dentists waiting room at all! The dentist (Rimmi) came out to call me through & was wonderful right from the beginning. As scared as I was, I felt reassured within minutes that I had found a dentist that could treat me and I didn't want to run away from! Without wanting to bore you further, I had some fairly full on treatment, it was pain free (yes, really) Rimmi was just fab (ably assisted by George, such a nice person) and I am so impressed with the whole experience.( I must be, I'm bothering to write a review!). At the end of the day, going to the dentist will never be one of life's pleasures for me but all of the staff I met at Temple Street Dental were a credit to their professions and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them (I have, several times!) ........Bottom line, don't put it off, word will spread fast and they will be full!!

I avoid dentists. O only visit when I really have to. The experience t Temple Street was very positive however. So much so that I have already booked my next check up. The staff were welcoming and took trouble to put me at ease. The emergency treatment was carried out in a very reassuring way with each step clearly communicated. I would rate the service as exemplary.

I hadn't been to the dentist in ages after having been put off by some less salubrious surgeries in London.I found the Temple Street practice after a quick Google search and was impressed by the other reviews.I wouldn't normally bother writing online reviews for things, but I found other people's reviews really helpful and reassuring when choosing this surgery.Altogether a very positive experience.Lovely modern and stylish surgery, immaculately clean and the service from all staff was friendly and personal.The dentist explained everything I needed to know about what was going on in my mouth, and I didn't feel like I was about to be given a list as-long-as-my-arm of expensive private treatments that I wasn't sure if I actually needed or not.

The Dr and the staffs were really nice and friendly. I took my 4 and 1 yr old sons and Dr Bhogal was very nice with kids. She seemed very experienced and made my kids feel really comfortable. We all walked out of the office very happy!!

Never thought i would rave about a trip to the dentist but this was such a good experience. It was so easy to book an NHS appointment and the whole team were friendly and efficient. i went in for a long overdue check-up and the follow-up work needed was booked in for the very next day. I would highly recommend this place. My Dentist Mr Neshat was very quick and efficient but still at the same time friendly and informative.
